EQWAL Seminar — Cannes, 2024

Project with Janolo Creative Agency

I joined the creative team for EQWAL’s corporate seminar in Cannes, produced by Médiane Event & Travel at the Palais des Festivités. The event brought together all EQWAL subsidiaries for 3 packed days of workshops, panels, activations and awards.

My role:
– Created the full navigation system for the venue
– Designed the site map / floor plan for physical and digital signage
– Extended the icon set to include all necessary visual cues for wayfinding
– Developed a unified screen template for the General Program, Plenary Sessions and Workshops — so attendees could always see what’s happening, when and where
– Designed photo booth templates to help guests leave with branded and bold visual memories
